- The government requests the purchase and installation of carpet in Bldg 5576 on Barksdale AFB, LA. The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 238330. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Offerors must identify themselves as being a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside for small business may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if set-aside is dissolved to full and open competition.
