- The United States Government ("USG") is seeking expressions of interest from qualified landowners and/or developers for the construction and lease to the USG of a house for the U.S. Ambassador's residence in Doha, Qatar. The house will be approximately 900 gross square meters, situated on a lot of 8,000 to 12,000 m2 in a desirable residential neighborhood. The residence shall include living spaces, dining spaces, entertaining areas, a master bedroom, family bedrooms, a small personal office, guest bedrooms, a kitchen designed to prepare food for large gatherings, appropriate landscaping, site amenities including a separate building with an indoor swimming pool, open space, parking for guests, and appropriate perimeter security. The house should be completed and ready for occupancy by October 20, 2007. All expressions of interest must be received by 4 p.m. local time, on October 12, 2005................
