- Various military bases and civilian institutions in the MD, DC, DE and northern VA area require fresh bread and bakery products delivered for the period 06 Feb 2006 through 05 Feb 2007. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted acquisition. The contract(s) will be for one year, firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency.
