- The proposed procurement is for NSN 1710-00-910-1848, RETAINER made I/AW Navy drawings CN-16236-CN-00-910-1848 and DD-80020-52-42287. 100% Small Business set aside. Contract type is firm-fixed price for a quantity of 36 each. Items are to be shipped to DLA Stock Locations, New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Requested delivery is 250 days, FOB Destination. The Small Business size standard is 1500 employees. The drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains price break ranges from 14 to 86 each, and a 100% option of the base quantity for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Numbered notes 1, 8, 9, and 26 are applicable.
