Description
The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Office (INL) of US Embassy in Yerevan has a requirement for a firm to design and establish an information system for the Police of the Republic of Armenia. The objective of the project is to automate crime-related data collection and processing by using state-of-the-art technologies and new techniques for data collection and processing, which will improve effectiveness of the measures undertaken against crime and will contribute to better use of police capacities and resources nationwide. The estimated budget of the project is in the rage from $500,000 to $1,300,000. The project includes methodological and legal/regulatory framework; information; software; hardware; training and guidance components. All firms who respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each Offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal: Be able to understand written and spoken English; Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing; Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work; Have all licenses and permits required by local law; Have no adverse criminal record; Have no political or business affiliation which could be considered contrary to the interests of the United States and the Republic of Armenia: Have good experience and past performance records; and, Identify specialized experience and technical competence required to develop and establish the required system in accordance with the terms of the solicitation.
