- NAICS Code: 334516 September 9, 2005 Subject: Request For Quote The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Acquisition Management, Headquarters Procurement Operations Division is seeking a business capable of providing chemical and biological forensic evidence collection kits. The kits need to include the following equipment: 1.) Ten (10) Incident Response Forensics Kits 2.) One Hundred-Eighty (180) Sample Jars 3.) Two Hundred (200) Wipes 4.) Three Hundred (300) Swipe 2s 5.) One Hundred (100) Liquid/Solid Sampling Packages 6.) Twenty-Five (25) Air Sampling Packages 7.) Two Hundred (200) Templates w/Adhesive Backs The sampling kits need to be pre-assembled (sterilized and sealed). Any sampling equipment that is certified as pre-cleaned is insufficient for this type of forensic evidence collection. The equipment is needed immediately.
