- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Cypress Media, Inc d/b/a The Kansas City Star Company, located at 1729 Grand Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64108-1413, for classified newspaper recruitment advertising for the Kansas City, MO area. The period of performance will be from award through September 30, 2006. This is not a request for competitive proposals and NO solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider all proposals and capability statements received within ten (10) days after the publication date of this notice. Capability statements shall include pricing. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
