- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston has a requirement for VME Signal Board Computer Assembly. This procurement will be awarded through a competitive process. This is a commercial item requirement to procure 25 Final VME Signal Board Computer Assemblies. In an effort to maintain uniform/standardized equipment and software interoperaability with existing systems, and the requirement to be integrated into the Bobcat ESM System, the following specifications apply to this procurement. ?? 2 GHz Intel??
