- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest Division Specialty Center Contracts Core Code AQN00 Port Hueneme, CA 93043 intends to award on a Sole Source basis to Booz Allen Hamilton, Mclean VA as follow-on contract in support Explosives Safety Siting (ESS) for the development of Defense Explosives Safety Management System (DESMS). The Booz Allen Hamilton is the only responsible source that meets the government needs. This procurement is being issued using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13. See Numbered Notes 22.
