- The U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) is contemplating a Small Business Set Aside Competition for the QOL Strategic Initiatives (QOL-SI) Program. The QOL-SI program areas include, but are not limited to: QOL-SI program and policy analysis and development recommendations; strategic, organizational and resource planning and monitoring; development and coordination of collaborative partnerships with federal, state, territory and local leaders and agencies; policy support (evaluating, recommending changes, and assisting in the development of policies and strategies); needs assessment; in-service planning and implementation; group facilitation; promotion of partnerships; one-to-one and group consultation in Dependents Counseling; marketing, public relations event planning; and office administration. Family Centers, Relocation Assistance, Transition Assistance, Mobilization/Deployment Support, Dependent Education, Exchanges, Commissaries, Morale Welfare and Recreation, Fitness, Family Advocacy, Child and Youth Programs, Personal Financial Management, Spouse Employment Assistance, Volunteers, Eldercare, Serious Disabled / Injured Assistance, Casualty and Mortuary Affairs, Military Funeral Honors and Seriously Disabled / Injured Services.
