- Description
- The United States Army Communications and Electronics Life Cycle Management Command intends to award a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) type contract for the procurement of a maximum quantity of 2,500 units of Right Antennas, NSN: 5841-01-358-6774 and 2,500 units of Left Antennas, NSN: 5841-01-358-6775 for the AN/APR-39A(V)1. Items on the contract will be ordered by individual delivery orders. Each delivery order will set forth all requirements, delivery schedule, shipping instructions, and the applicable price. The currently approved sources for this limited competition are BAE Systems, Inc. (BAE), 305 Richardson Road, Lansdale, Pennsylvania 19446 and Randtron Antenna Systems, 130 Constitution Drive, Menlo Park, California 94025. Limited source control drawings A3084248, Rev B and A3084249, Rev B will be available upon recei pt of written requests submitted to Sandie Kapoor at sandie.kapoor@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. Additionally, Classified drawing A3083866 will be provided only to the winning bidder. Delivery schedule instructions will be provided in the ensuing solicitation. Early delivery at no additional cost to the Government is encouraged. The shipments are to be FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The items will be shippe d to the DDSP in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania and other locations designated by order. Special Packaging Instructions will be in accordance with (SPI) AG00000601 and will be provided in the bid set along with the previously mentioned drawings. Identifica tion and Marking in accordance with MIL-STD-130 L. The successful bidder will be required to have SECRET facility clearance and SECRET Level of Safeguarding. Contractors are required to have a DSS accredited computer system to view classified data. This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and the solicitation number for this buy is W15P7T-05-R-F023. The solicitation will be posted on the Interactive Opportunities Web Page (IBOP) on or about 26 September 2005. Please refer to the solicitation fo r additional details.
