- Description
- The Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Amherst Systems Inc for Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials facilities, test equipment, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Remedial Maintenance (RM) services and also include Telephone Consultation Support, and Operating System Software Maintenance for the following equipment located in OC-ALC/MSKA in Bldg 3220, Room 150, Tinker AFB OK in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance is 1 Oct 05 ? 30 Sep 06. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Availability of Funds Clause 52.232-18, Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availablility of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
