- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Quotes are due to the 55th Contracting Squadron no later than 12:00 PM, cst on Friday, 16 September 05. Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in a Word, Excel, or PDF format to: jeffrey.wyant@offutt.af.mil. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code and small business size standard are 561790 and $6 million. The government intends to issue a purchase order for the items set forth below, subject to the availability of funds. Item 0001: Hot Tub Cleaning; -Weekly hot tub cleaning services for 1 Maxxus Spa conducted at the Offutt Field House (Bldg 321). Contractor personnel will accomplish cleaning of spa in the morning once a week. Day and time of cleaning will be coordinated with the government POC (provided at contract award). Qty: 52 weeks Item 0002: Option year 1 ? Same service as Item 0001. Item 0003: Option year 2 ? Same service as Item 0001. Item 0004: Option year 3 ? Same service as Item 0001. Item 0005: Option year 4 ? Same service as Item 0001. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD.
