- Description
- The VA Heartland Network 15 has a requirement for courier services to be provided between the VA Medical Center, 2401 West Main Street, Marion, IL 62959 and the Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Paducah and Hanson, KY. Contractor shall provided vehicles, labor and personnel. Contract will be for a base period of one year, October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 with option to renew 1 additional one-year period. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Proposals will be evaluated on price and past performance in accordance with the evaluation procedures of the solicitation. Veteran-Owned Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Status will be given more favorable consideration. Request for Quotation will be available on or about September 9, 2005. Due date for receipt of offers is September 27, 2005, 4:00 p.m. CST. Anticipated award date is September 29, 2005.
