- Sources Sought: The Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA/VA), James A. Haley Veteran's Hospital located in Tampa, FL, is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of SMALL BUSINESSES (especially Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses) capable and interested in providing a Committed Source of Supply of Medical Grade Liquid Bulk Oxygen at the Department of Veterans' Affairs, Orlando VA Outpatient Clinic (VAOPC) located at 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32803. The anticipated performance period is December 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006, with 4 twelve month renewal option periods. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code is 325411 and the size standard is 750 employees. Responses to this announcement shall determine if sufficient competition exist in the small business community in order to set this procurement aside for small business concerns. The anticipated release date of the solicitation package is November 7, 2005.
