Description

The John D. Dingell Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan 48201 in requesting quotations from interested offerors to provide yearly maintenance and repair services for one Lightcycler for our Research Sections. Projected period of service is October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2008 (this includes two pre-priced option years). The contract shall provide full maintenance support services, including all emergent and non-emergent repair services. Questions should be submitted, in writing, to the Contracting Officer by fax at 313-576-1077, or by e-mail to patricia.fox2@med.va.gov. Quotations must be received in the Acquisition Management Office (001R-A), Room B4213, at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201 by 1:00p.m. on September 22, 2005. Quotations received after that time may not be considered. It is the contractor?s responsibility to confirm that their offer has been received by the Contracting Officer named above.
