- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the following commercial items, The Contractor shall provide the following inmate furniture to be used in a confinement facility. The following items are requested: 1) Confinement Grade 4-man Hex Table with connected seats, all steel construction, 40" x 40"#10 guage stainless steel top, #14 Guage stainlesssteel seat tops QTY = 6. 2) Confinement Grade 4-man picnic style tablewith connected seats, all steel construction, 30" x 48" #10 guage stainless steel top, #14 guagestainless steel seat tops QTY = 2. 3) Confinement Grade Floor Mounted Double BunkBead, All steel construction, 32"W x 75 3/4" L x 75"H dimensions QTY = 11. 4) Confinement Grade Wall Mounted Collapsible Single Bunk Bead, all steel construction, 27"W x75"L bed pan with a 2" lip QTY = 2. 5) Confinement Grade Two Drawer Locker, all'steel construction, approx 48"W x 17"D x 12"H QTY = 11. 6) Confinement Grade Foot Locker, all steelconstruction, 23"W x 34"D x 11"H QTY = 22. 7) Confinement Grade Desk with swivel stools,all steel construction, 18" D x 36" W x 30" H #12gauge stainless steel top, #12 guage stainless steelseat top QTY = 22. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) F4D3E35178A100. Submit written offers, oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02 and DFARS Change Notice 20040625. North American Industrial Classification Standard 236220 , Size Standard, $28,500,000, applies to this procurement. FOB: Destination for delivery to Vandenberg AFB Space and Missile Technology Center Fac. 1657, Vandenberg AFB CA 93437 .The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated on price related factors only. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
