- UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type Contract as result of this solicitation. Anticipated contract period will be date of award thru three years. Product: Poplin/Twill Fabric. This product shall be delivered to three locations FOB destination to FCI Oakdale, LA., FCI Miami, FL., and USP Pollock LA. This will be an All or None Requirement. The North American Industry Classification Code is 313210. UNICOR POPLIN FABRIC SPECIFICATION: Fabric must meet ASTM D3477-84 Width: 60” min/ 60˝” max Weight: 4.5 oz / sq.yd ( 0.25 oz) Finished Construction: 108 x 52 Minimum 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton Dye Method: Vat Shrinkage: 3% maximum Warp and Fill Put/up: 200 Yards / Roll ( 10%) Shade Groups per 10K: 2 maximum Splices/Seams per 200-Yard Roll: 1 maximum UNICOR TWILL FABRIC SPECIFICATION Fabric must meet ASTM 3780-80/88 Width: 60” min / 60˝”” max Weight: 7.5 oz / sq.yd ( 0.25 oz) Finished Construction: 88 x 44 Minimum 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton Dye Method: Vat Shrinkage: 3% maximum Warp and Fill Put/up: 200 Yards / Roll ( 10%) Shade Groups per 10K: 2 maximum Splices/Seams per 200-Yard Roll: 1 maximum All interested and responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer which shall bel considered.
