- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division, Contract Operations Branch Four Washington Office intends to award a contract for the United States Navy Band, to provide for custom built patented sheet music storage, on a sole source basis to Gene Johnson Productions, Inc. The North American Industrial Classification Code System (NAICS) is 323118. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this requirement is 7720. No solicitation will be available.
