- The Range Commanders Council (RCC) of the Electronic Trajectory Measurements Group (ETMG) NAVAIR China Lake, CA is hosting a special session for all owners and operators of the CW Doppler tracking radar systems on October 27, 2005 at the Point Plaza Suites and Conference Hotel Newport News Va., 950J Clyde Morris Blvd. 23601.
