- U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to award a contract on an other than full and open competition basis to James Madison University College of Integrated Science and Technology 800 South Main Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22807- 0001. The contract is for DNA protein expression vectors and production of CapD enzyme. This is a follow-on effort to complete research collaboration between James Madison University and the U.S. Army Institute of Infectious Diseases. This is not a reque st for proposal. However, future requirements for this type of services will be issued competitively.
