- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Baltimore District U.S.Army Corps of Engineers is to procure the following: Four 1500 KVA ABB/Westinghouse Network transformers 13,800 Delta-480V Vault Type, serial number NAV 6262 or equal and Four 2500AMP Richards MFG network protectors indoor, or equal, transformer mounted 480V non-standard network throat and provisions for remote tripping. The network transformer and protectors must match existing network transformers and protectors in physical dimensions and electrical characteristics in the Hospital Building 2, Main Section WRAMC, Forest GLen, MD. This is a Small Business Seta-side procure ment.
