Description

This project consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to remove an existing evaporative cooler and replace with a 6,000 cfm air-handling unit with evaporative cooling in Building 27 at Sierra Army Depot, Herlong CA. This procurement is being solicited on an unrestricted basis in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The related small business size stand ard is $12.0 Million. The proposed performance period is 60 calendar days after notice to proceed. The magnitude of this proposed construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In ac cordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is September 8, 2005. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be fax ed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Tracy Marino.
