- U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick, MA has a requirement for 190 each, modified commercial Bolay jackets with 6 oz of Primaloft insulation with light quilting and modified to provide no hood, reversible green/white outside/inside with lightw eight water repellent ripstop in place of silicon impregnated shell cloth In addition, there is a requirement for 190 each, modified commercial Bolay jackets with 4 oz of Primaloft insulation with light quilting and modified to provide no hood, reversibl e green/white outside/inside with lightweight water repellent ripstop in place of silicon impregnated shell cloth. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Order to W T Solutions, Inc., a SBA Certified HUBZONE Firm located in Saint Joh nsbury, VT 05189-8972. This order is being awarded to test the experimental insulated parka and trouser for extreme cold to determine if the items are operationally acceptable and whether the performance capability should be adopted. Delivery for this a ward will be FOB Destination. The North American Industry Classification System Identifier for this procurement is 315111; the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
