- This requirement is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitatio n; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W904TE-05-Q-3022. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisiti on Circular 2005-05. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 423430. The Technical Applications Office has a requirement for the following brand name and model only: 0001.
