Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Michigan Army Medical Command is in search of a Laderal MegaCode Kelly or Equal medical training device. This human patient simulator is capable of the following training simulations: Intubation, Oral and Nasal Airway Insertion, Needle and Surgical Cricothorotomy, Stomach auscultation, Chest Decompression, Blood Pressure Evaluation, Palpable Carotid Pulses, IV Training, Radial Pulses, Chest Compression, ECG Rhythms, Defibrilation, Mann equin can talk via microphone feed, Vocal Sounds (Moaning), Heart/Lung/Bowel Sounds, Control Unit Programmed with 10 Scenarios, Can be run with Hardwire Electrical or Battery Operation for the Field. The unit must be capable of being used in both the class room and field environment. Vendor must provide training to one Medical Command Member for each Mannequin purchased.
