POC FOR THIS ACTION IS: MICHAEL MIESEL, TEL: 011-49-611-816-2200, FAX: - 2198. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations documentation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplement with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitute s the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A copy of this solicitation may be accessed electronically at the US Government Web side http://www.usacce.army.mil/wcc/VENDOR/BidBoard.htm under SOLI CITATION AND NOTICE Solicitation Number W912CMN-05-T-0384 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughout the Federal Circular 2001-5. The simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 are applicable to this procurement. This procurement is to purchase 275 each China Cabinets with Buffet, solid red oak and Hutch including attaching hardware, solid red oak. A Firm Fixed Price definite quantity, definite delivery contract will be awarded. All prices are to be quoted FOB Origin for the Us Government in 35 394 Giessen, Germany. Offers are due on 16 September 2005 at 16:00hr Central European Summer Time (CEST).
