- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1B3R25193A200 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set-aside and is under NAICS code 423830, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Contractor shall provide Stand Up Electrical Fork Lift, Model number RC3020-30, 1 ea . Specifications are as listed: Stand up rider, 3000lb capacity, Minimum 190 in of lift height, 36volt electrical system, Fork tilt degrees B/F- 5/2, 36" long standard forks, Solid rubber steer tires, Solid poly drive tires Power steering, 48" high load bac1crest, Cascade sideshift with hydraulics, Audible backup alarm, Deka battery 18-D125-13 AH750, Ametek Power Pro Charger 18-750FR80T - 3 phase, Hour meter, Battery discharge indicator, Horn, Battery rollerslbattery box 15.88 x 38.56 x31, Service manual, Standard beige & gray paint, and 83" mast collapsed height. Award shall be made only to contractors who have registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and with the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: www.bpn.com/.
