- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The VA National Acquisition Center will issue Request for Proposal (RFP) 797-NC-05-0067 for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Department of Defense (DoD) Indian Health Service (IHS) and Bureau of Prisons (BOP) for Sucralfate Tablets 1GM. The estimated annual usage of Sucralfate Tablets is as follows: 14372 bottles of 1 GM tablets in bottles of 100 each and 13882 bottles of 1 GM tablets in bottles of 500 each. The contract period will be for one year plus four one-year option periods. The contract items will be distributed through the VA and DoDs respective Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor(s). Offerors must provide bar code labeling which includes the NDC number at a minimum. In addition tablets must be compatible with automatic dispensing units (Baxter ATC Canisters, Optifill, etc.). If the offeror is not a manufacturer a signed agreement between the offeror and the manufacturer must be submitted with the offer and remain in effect for the duration of the contract period including the option years. The solicitation will be available for downloading on September 19 2005 from the VA Office of Acquisition and Material Management (OA&MM) internet web site @ http://www.va.gov/oamm/busopp/sols.htm.
