- Description
- The Thomas E. Creek Amarillo VA Healthcare System seeks non-personal services as follows: Provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment and parts necessary for the preventative and corrective maintenance on the ultrasound equipment located at the Medical Center located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd. West, Amarillo Texas. All work is to be preformed during normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm excluding Federal holidays. During the term of this contract, two preventative maintenance procedures will be scheduled and completed at approximately six month intervals. These shall consist of electrical and mechanical inspections designed to identify systems or subsystems that require further service or maintenance. All reccomended calibration/adjustment procedures will be completed during these visits. The Amarillo VA will receive a service report each time the unit is serviced. This report will identify all parts used and work completed as well as the time required for the service. Bid packets are now available by either e-mailing the contracting officer, or faxing a request for bid packages in writing to 806-354-7875. The award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds.
