- The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to conduct a sole source negotiation with MicroBrightField, Inc. for the purchase of the following: One (1) Custom configured Olympus BX-51 Research Microscope (upright) equipped for Brightfield Analyses. Includes main body, trinocular head, 10x eyepieces. Objective complement: 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x (all Oplan Fluorite), 60x/1.4 na Plan Apo (oil immersion), 100x/1.4na Plan Apo (oil immersion). Standard condenser, ND filters. Neurolucida and Stereo Investigator Image Stack module. Adds the capability to analyze confocal, Brightfield and widefield fluorescence 3D image stacks. PC workstation. Pentium 4 processor @3.60GHz (800MHz FSB, 2MB l2 CACHE) 1.0gb ddr2 NECC SDRAM @533MHZ, 128MB PCle x 16 ATI Fire GL V3100 dual monitor video card with DVI and VGA adapters, 16XDVD+/-RW drive, 1.44MB floppy drive, 160GB SATA 7200 RPM hard drive, integrated Gigabit NIC, two serial ports, Economy On-site Support (3 years). Windows XP Pro SP2 operating system, 24? LCD flat panel monitor *WUXGA, 1920x1200 pixel native resolution w/ height adjustable stand. All items described above are for the VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement St., San Francisco CA, 94121. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS code is 334516.
