- PR No: RD051080050000. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN: 2840-00-870-4258 for a Shroud Segment, Turbine P/N 4014T01G06 REV. ?AB? DTD 04 May 90; Exceptions: Use B50TF143 in lieu of B50T1403. Use P1TF3 class ?A? in lieu of P3-TE10. SNIR, 3TF2 in Lieu of P3-TE2. Fluorescent Pentrant inspect per P3TF2 using materials from QPL 25135. Braze in a protective atmosphere. Brazing schedule must be capable of meeting Honeycomb Structure inspection requirements per P29RF6 Class ?A?. Surge requirements exist for this NSN. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are four approved sources of supply: General Electric,(Cage 99207), G.E. Structured Services L.P., (Cage 03350), Metro Machine Works, Inc. (Cage 50554), and Ferrotherm Co. Inc., (Cage 01993). The NSN, Part Numbers, and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 2840-00-870-4258 for a Shroud Segment, Turbine P/N 4014T01G06 REV. ?AB? DTD 04 May 90; Exceptions: Use B50TF143 in lieu of B50T1403. Use P1TF3 class ?A? in lieu of P3-TE10. SNIR, 3TF2 in Lieu of P3-TE2. Fluorescent Pentrant inspect per P3TF2 using materials from QPL 25135. Base Year AEQ: 376 each, Option Year AEQ: 376 each. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 150 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
