- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 9,700 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of space to yield 7,850 to 8,475 Usable Square Feet (USF) of space. The space will consist of office and related space in Rockford, IL within the following delineated area: North Boundary: Park Avenue East Boundary: Wyman Street South Boundary: Cedar Street West Boundary: Winnebago Street The area of consideration may be revised to include a smaller geographic area, depending on a review of the overall mission of the Government agency to be housed in the space. Fourteen (14) on-site inside reserved parking spaces shall be provided. Public transportation and parking must be within 3 blocks of the building. The proposed lease term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy not later than April 30, 2006, or sooner if possible. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
