- Description
- GSA's Property Management Division has a recurring need for Administrative Support Personnel in the following states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, & Tennessee. The performance requirements of this acquisition requires each contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary to provide Administrative Services as requested in the Southeast Sunbelt Region. Labor Categories under this contract: Project Manager Task Supervisor General Clerks I, II ,III & IV Accounting Clerks I, II, III & IV Secretary I, II & III Secretary II Task Leader Supply Technician Separate Task orders will be issued per office location. This solicitation is set aside for 8(A) small business NAICS code is 561110 with a size standard by the SBA of $6.M. The anticipated solicitation release date is on or about September 16, 2005 with an anticipated receipt of proposals not later than October 17, 2005. A ONE-TIME pre-proposal conference date will be scheduled and posted in the solicitation. All potential offerors are encouraged to attend. The Period of Performance shall be from December 1, 2005 to September 31, 2006 and will include four (4) one-year option terms. The contract shall be awarded using formal Source Selection procedures based on three factors: 1. Management: Management Plan Recruitment Plan Retention Plan Sub Contracting Plan 2. Experience/Past Performance: Corporate Experience Key Personnel Experience Performance 3. Quality Control Plan 4. Price The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available only over the Internet.
