- The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to enter into a sole source one year contract with The West Group. The contract is for multiple legal publications, including Federal Reporter, West?s Federal Practice Digest, US Code Annotated, West?s Legal Forms 2005, UCC Law Journal, individual state statutes and codes, etc. The period of performance will be from October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurements, which is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bonafide capacity to meet the requirements. *****
