- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office, Southwest, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA has a requirement for nonpersonal services to furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and materials necessary to deliver bulk liquid propane into contractor furnished and government furnished property storage tanks. The liquid petroleum gas shall meet Industry Standard 2.1 UN 1075, Non-corrosive and Odorized. It is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure the industry standards are met. Deliveries will be made to the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA at various locations. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price with an Economic Price Adjustment. The Period of Performance is for a base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods. This requirement will be acquired in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The government anticipates a single award made on an all or none basis. This procurement is unrestricted. This acqu! isition is full and open competition. The applicable small business size standard is under NAICS 221210 and 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the government considering price and other factors. The government anticipates the electronic solicitation issue date of 9 September 2005.
