- Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source, under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy the Agency's Requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The requirement is to purchAse (3) Modernization Packages for equipment manufacturered by GETINGE USA, INC. Line Item #0001: MP-201 sterilizer upgrade QTY: 2. Line Item #0002: MP-201A double door option QTY: 2. Line Item #0003: MP-124I steam generator rebuild QTY: 1.
