- The government intends to acquire on a sole source basis from Spirent Communications, Inc. the OEM. The agency need is for 1 each Wireless Channel Emulator, 1 each Frequency Coverage, 1 each Annual Support. The emulator will be integrated with existing equipment to form a wireless test bed. F.O.B. Destination to the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. Oral Solicitation N00244-05-T-1012 will be utilized in accordance with SAP procedures for this non-competitive procurement. Anticipated award date is September 19, 2005.
