- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest Division Specialty Center Contracts Core Code AQN00 Port Hueneme, CA 93043 intends to award on a Sole Source basis to AECOS Inc., Kaneohe Hawaii to provide feasibility study for invasive mangrove removal at Kaneohe Bay Shoreline, Marine Corps Base Hawaii. AECOS Inc. the only responsible source to meet the government needs. This procurement is being issued using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), FAR Part 13. See Numbered Notes 22.
