- The U. S. Department of the Interior, Minerals Management Service, on behalf of a U.S. Army Pentagon intends to make a firm-fixed price, sole source award to Seachange International, Inc. Maynard, MA. Specifically, the Agency has the need VODlink Platform Suite, and Standard VODlink on Demand Portal Application, Training and Installation. This announcement is published as a Sole Source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. The intent of this Pre-solicitation Notice is for informational purposes only. However, all information received by 4:30 p.m. EST September 19, 2005 will be considered by the Government.
