- The Rock Island District, US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking sources from Historically Black Colleges & Universities/Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI) for the following: The work involved requires the collecting and analyzing of water samples from each site approximately 22 times from January 2005 through December 2005. There are two proposed option periods for each site, which will also include 22 sample times. A submittal of one report per sampling trip, monthly reports and an annual summary rep ort is required for each site.
