PRON: AX5F5653AX, NSN: 5340-01-179-7364, PN: HS4217(S073C173), Quantity: 1,107, this is a three year IDIQ with a minimum quantity of 1,107 each and a maximum quantity of 5,000 each, applicable to the AH-64 Apache. Delivery quantity of 500 going to Stockton, CA 95296-0130 and a quantity of 607 going to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required Delivery Schedule is 1,107 each, 220 Days after Contract Award (DACA) without First Article Testing. This item is restricted to Hartwell Corporation, Cage Code 83014 and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Cage Code 8V613. This part must be acquired f rom a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DOD-STD-100. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. Firms that recognize and can produce the require d item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Sour ce Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
