- The U.S. Army, TACOM-Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for the manufacture and delivery of an explosive test chamber P/N 167-9818. It is the Governments intent to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Teledyne RISI, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) (iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Release of the solicitation is anticipated on or about 19 September 2005 and will be available at http://procnet .pica.army.mil.
