- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 109th Airlift Wing, Stratton ANGB, Scotia, NY, needs ninety-two (92) Contaminant Air Processing System"(CAPS"), part number 1WR7701UE-LS and twenty-five (25) Printed Processing Sign S et with Bars, part number WROA151. Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This procurement is being issued as TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SE T-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and Defense Acquisition Circular 20050901.
