- NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under the synopsis/solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this synopsis/solicitation, either before or after the closing date with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F2N33S5227A100 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 dtd 26 Aug 2005 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DCN 20050901. There is no set-aside for this requirement and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333513. Description of Supplies/Services: Welder, PRECISION TIG 275, Ready Pac Pkg, Model K1825-1/208/230/460/1/60; Mfg: Lincoln Electric; 2 Amps DC, 5 Amps AC; Under cooler cart water cooler; foot amprol; gas regulator/flowmeter & hose kit; PTW-20 pro-torch TIG torch (250 Amp, 25 ft); built-in holders for filler rod tubes; stick capable w/E6010 & E7018 electrodes; CSA NRTL/C approved OR EQUAL. Date and place of Delivery and Acceptance and FOB Point: All offerors must include a proposed delivery date or time and FOB Destination point to: DEF DIST Depot Susquehanna, 2001 Mission Drive Door 135-168, New Cumberland, PA 17070. All FAR clauses and provisions incorporated into this synopsis/solicitation can be obtained via Internet at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial applies to this acquisition and no addenda is attached. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items provision will not be utilized for this acquisition. However, IAW FAR 13.106(a)(2), the basis of award will be made on price alone. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, each offeror shall submit a completed copy of this provision with the proposal. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and no addenda is attached.
