- Andersen Air Force Base has a requirement for 8-foot Concrete Barriers that match our existing barriers. The quantity of barriers is dependent on the amount of funding (estimate 250-300). An additional requirement is to purchase and apply reflective material to 125 existing 8-foot barriers to ensure high visibility. Funding does not currently exist for this requirement, but is anticipated. If funding does not become available, no solicitation will be issued. If funding becomes available, solicitation FA5240-05-T-0013 will be posted within the next ten days. The delivery of the barriers will be to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. All potential sources shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered eligible for award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310. The small business size standard not to exceed $28.5 Million. This requirement will be 100% set aside for small business. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be distributed solely on the Federal Business Opportunities website, or FedBizOps at www.eps.gov. We will not issue paper copies of the RFP. Any interested party should review this site frequently for the posting of and any updates/amendments to the solicitation.
