- The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit for RMS Laptop Peripheral Package. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423430 (SIC 5045) with a size standard of 750 employees. All notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available on this website (www.fedbizopps.gov). Funds are not available for this requirements at this time. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date of the solicitation. Responces must remain valid through September 30, 2005. The acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Par 12 ? Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 ? Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A solicitation will be posted on or about September 12, 2005. All prospective offerors interested in submitting proposals must have a Comercial and Governments Entity (CAGE) code and must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 in order to receive award.
