- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quote number is F2VUJ05235A100. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all materials in accordance with the list below. Please quote FOB destination or include delivery to Macdill AFB 33621 and include delivery times. All items must be Securify brand name or an equal product. Please quote per the line items below. ITEM 1: Securify SecurVantage Enterprise Reporting MFR P/N = SVA-ER-LIC ITEM 2: Annual support and maintenance for Securify SecurVantage Enterprise Reporting: MFR P/N = SVA-ER-SUP This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 511210. The size standard is $21M (Not to Exceed). Proposals must list the DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.ccr.gov. All contractors doing business with the federal government must be registered in CCR. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES: The following FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses apply: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial. In accordance with 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, offers will be evaluated based on price, technical acceptability, and past performance records.
