- All work is to be done in accordance with the performance work statement. The scope of the work includes but is not limited to the following principle items: The Contractor shall provide qualified Occupational Case Manager to provide service as a team member working with base personnel on medically disqualified, compensation, and limited duty programs. The Contractor shall provide care at the 78th Medical Group and specifically with the Occupational Medicine Service. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, case manager education teaching, familiarization and orientation, and consultations and reports, except as provided in the performance work statement. Contractor shall cover the range of services provided in a civilian medical treatment facility. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the performance work statement, and professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO). All work will be performed at the 78th Medical Group on Robins Air Force Base, Warner Robins, Georgia. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated date of release of solicitation for this requirement will be on or about September 12, 2005 with an estimated response date of September 27, 2005. The period of performance will be for twelve months following contract award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621399, $6M annual receipts. The Official Copy of the solicitation can only be accessed on the website http://fedbizopps.gov. The website will contain the performance work statement for review. All prospective bidders are encouraged to register for each individual solicitation to be added to the electronic source list. The Government is not responsible for notifying potential offerors of changes to the solicitation. All changes, modifications and other pertinent information will be posted on the website stated above for viewing.
