This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. INCLUDE THIS STATEMENT IF APPLICABLE: NAICS: 541511 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: The requirement is for Shavlik HFNetChPro Software and Maintenance. Qty. of (1), Shavlik HFNetChPro 8000 New Machines 1 Console. Qty. of (10) Additional Consoles, Qty. of (1) SQL Server Engine, Qty. of (1) Shavlik Standard Maintenance, Qty. of (1) Shavlik Data Access Service, Qty. of (1) Maintenance Renewal 6250 Machines HFNet CHPro (Renewal Period 9/29/05---9/29/06). No ?or equal? quotes will be considered. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). Request delivery date is 30 days ARO. Mfr: Shavlik Justification for Brand Name Only (if appl): (Explain) Exclusive Shavlik equipment only. The following clauses (current through FAC 2005-05 effective 26 Jul 05, and DFARS Change Notice 20050901) are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
